Our kratom products are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.90 on orders under $100. Kratom orders of $100 or more receive free shipping! Express shipping is a flat fee of $26 on all orders. Living Organic USA is not responsible for postal service delays.
We offer via Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Before placing your order, please acknowledge the following regarding delivery time expectations:

• We do not guarantee delivery dates. We only guarantee that your order will be delivered from our warehouse to the post office on time.
• All orders placed before 2pm MST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm MST will be shipped the following day. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays or postal holidays when the post office is closed.
• Priority Mail service has an expected delivery of 2 or 3 days from the date the order is shipped (excluding Sundays).
• Priority Mail Express service has an expected delivery of 1 or 2 days from the date the order is shipped (excluding Sundays).
• During the holiday season, it is not unusual for delivery times to extend several days beyond this window.
• We will not refund shipping costs if USPS does not deliver by the expected date.
